Tim and Kim Jones (Sellers) reach out to Sali Mae (Realtor) and asks Sali to help them sell their home. Sali goes into her "normal routine" of getting the information that she needs to begin the process.

At this point, Sali could take a few moments and send the property information to Vafrep. Either by going to the website, sending an email, sending a text or by faxing the information. Once one of Vafrep's VAs receives the information - we will put together our PropScribe Report.

By the end of the call (unless its really short) Sali, most times, will have a Propscribe Report and have information to "head-off" any possible issues.
