Is Vafrep a title company?

Vafrep is not a title company.  You may consider us as a title commitment interpreter.  We can review the commitment and quickly ascertain what steps are needed (and how to complete them).  We work with all title companies.  We can be that liaison between you (and your clients) and the title company.

I have an administrative assistant/staff.  Why use you?

Vafrep can compliment your existing administrative support team (if you have one).  We can fill in the gap when you have upcoming tasks (i.e. calling on clients, emailing clients, research, etc.).  Maybe your administrative support team is lacking adequate staffing?  That's where we come in.

What is the PropScribe Report that you provide?

Vafrep's PropScribe Report is a quick property snapshot.  When Realtors are dealing with potential clients - this report contains pertinent information that, most times, will help address any concerns before they can become issues.  It has been proven that questions can be asked/answered during the Realtor's information gathering process.  Thus reducing the prospect of a delayed closing.

Is Vafrep a call center?

While Vafrep can accept & make calls your behalf - we are not a call center.  You can consider Vafrp to be your "missing" staff.  We acknowledge that Entrepreneurs must wear a lot of hats.  But, you can only do so much.  That's where Vafrep comes into the picture.  Let us help you.

What is the Vafrep Connection that you have?

The Vafrep Connection is an ever growing network of business partners that Vafrep uses as needed.  We have a core set of services that we provide.  However, should a task present itself that is "outside" of Vafrep's expertise - we will tap into our network (Vafrep Connection).  All business partners have been investigated to make sure that they meet Vafrep's high standards.

Why would I use Vafrep?

There are times when we all could use some help.  Yes, you may have an assistant at your place of employment.  However, they are tasked with helping the business.  What about those times that YOU need help?  Tasks completed that may not be associated with your business world.  That's where you could tap into Vafrep's services.

Will I meet my virtual assistant in person?

Should you wish to meet the Vafrep Agent in person, that can be arranged.  However, we work in a paperless office setting.  By working remotely, our agents are able to complete their assignments regardless of where they or you (or your office) are located.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

What are your office hours?

The typical work day/week is Monday through Friday, from 9:00am -5:00pm EST.  We acknowledge that there may be times when tasks might require certain time adjustments.

Can my virtual assistant work on holidays, weekends or after hours?

Vafrep agents are willing to consider taking on tasks outside of our business hours.  However, the goal is to build/provide a good work/home life balance for all involved.

Is my information kept confidential?

Vafrep does not share your information with anyone without your permission.  We have strict rules involving the confidential information that we process.
